You must be 21+ with valid ID
Valley of the Sun is a 21-and-older establishment. Everyone entering the store must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. We card everyone, every time, no exceptions. Minors cannot enter, even when accompanied by an adult.
Arizona purchase limits
Under Arizona law, adults 21+ may purchase and possess up to one ounce of marijuana, of which no more than five grams may be in concentrate form, per day. Our team tracks limits at checkout to keep every purchase compliant. Limits are set by state law and are not negotiable.
Payment & pickup
Purchases are completed in-store. We accept cash and debit at the counter (a standard ATM/debit fee may apply); card acceptance can vary with banking rules for cannabis retailers. Online orders are a reservation — final payment and ID verification happen when you pick up. Please bring the same ID used to place your order.
In-store conduct
No consumption of any kind is permitted on the premises or in the parking lot — Arizona law prohibits public consumption. Please be respectful of staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, cannot provide valid ID, or behaves inappropriately.
Keep it legal after you leave
Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence. Transport cannabis in a sealed container in your trunk. Do not cross state lines with cannabis — it remains federally illegal, and taking it out of Arizona is a crime. Keep all products in their original, child-resistant packaging.
Store it safely
Keep all cannabis products out of the reach of children and pets. Store edibles away from regular food, clearly labeled, and secured. If a child or pet ingests cannabis, contact Poison Control or a veterinarian immediately.
