You must be 21 or older, or a qualifying medical patient under Arizona law, to browse products, reserve items, or make a purchase. A valid, government-issued ID is required at pickup.

Placing an order online reserves items for in-store pickup; it is not a completed sale. All purchases are finalized in-store, subject to ID verification, product availability, and applicable purchase limits. Prices, promotions, and menu availability may change without notice.

All sales comply with Arizona cannabis regulations, including daily purchase limits and tax requirements. Products are for personal use by adults 21+ and must not be resold or transported across state lines.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information. Content and branding on this site are owned by Valley of the Sun Dispensary and may not be copied without permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cannabis products have not been evaluated for the treatment of any condition; consult a healthcare provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley of the Sun Dispensary is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
